Shipping Methods
We ship using UPS Priority Mail, but we are always on the lookout for the best deal for us and our customers. We will frequently re-use boxes and packing material for shipping (your 3d printed order may come to you in the same box the filament came to us!) as a way of reducing waste and saving money.
Returns and Customer Satisfaction
We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and meets your expectations. If there is a problem with an order, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can make it right! In the event a refund is desired, we can do so but we will reserve 20% of the price as a material restock fee unless the product is returned. Hopefully such an event never needs to happen!
